**1. Booking and Payment:**

- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or reject any booking request.

- Payment: Payment for taxi services must be made in full at the time of booking or as per the terms agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.

**2. Cancellation and Refunds:**

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame to avoid cancellation charges. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy. Refunds may be subject to deduction of cancellation charges.

**3. Travel Conditions:**

- Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger themselves, the driver, or other passengers. Any misconduct may result in termination of the journey without refund.

- Luggage: Passengers are responsible for their luggage. AJ Tours and Travels shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of luggage during transportation.

**4. Liability:**

- Limitation of Liability: AJ Tours and Travels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our taxi service.

- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

**5. Governing Law:**

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Goa, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa.

These Terms may be updated or amended from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
